Cancellation policy
Information on Cancelling Purchase Options
Some products on annuck.com are not purchased as a one-time transaction, but through options involving recurring or deferred payments. Here you’ll find information on how to modify and cancel them. For everything else, the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the Return and Refund Policy apply.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe, you receive repeated deliveries at the frequency and for the duration indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Your payment method is securely stored by the payment service provider and charged at each renewal, unless you have chosen to pay for the entire subscription period in advance. If the subscription includes automatic renewal, this will be clearly indicated before purchase.
How to cancel. You can cancel at any time using the link provided in your order confirmation emails, from your customer account, or by contacting me at sillymail@annuck.com. You do not need to provide a reason, and there are no cancellation fees.
When cancellation takes effect. Cancellation takes effect from the following billing cycle. If you cancel less than 14 days before the renewal date, the shipment already being prepared will still be sent and the subscription will end immediately afterwards: I prepare everything by hand and in advance, so after this deadline your copy is already prepared and personalised.
Changes. You can change your delivery address and payment method at any time from your customer account. If the price or frequency of the subscription changes, I will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. You can cancel free of charge up until the renewal date, and if you do not cancel, the new terms will apply from the following billing cycle.
Right of withdrawal. As this is a contract for the periodic delivery of goods, you have 14 days to withdraw from the subscription starting from the day you receive the first shipment. The applicable procedures are described in the Return and Refund Policy.
Pre-orders
With a pre-order, you purchase a product that is not yet available in stock. The product page indicates the estimated shipping date and specifies whether full payment or only a deposit is required at checkout.
How to cancel. As long as the pre-order has not been shipped, you can cancel it by contacting me at sillymail@annuck.com or directly using the link at the bottom of every page of the website, Returns & Cancellation. I will issue a full refund of everything you have paid, including any deposit, within 14 days. If the pre-order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you retain the 14-day right of withdrawal described in the Return and Refund Policy.
If the date is delayed. If I am unable to meet the estimated shipping date, I will notify you by email and provide the new estimated date. You can either accept the new date or cancel the pre-order and receive a full refund.
