Refund policy

If you've changed your mind about your purchase, no problem. This is how the right of withdrawal works:

• Time to think again: you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to decide if you want to return it.
• Return shipping: The shipping to return the product is at your expense. Make sure you use a tracked shipping method to avoid problems.
• Product Condition: Product must be returned in the same condition you received it. So, no damage, signs of wear or anything else.
• Refund: Once I have received the item and have verified that it is in excellent condition, I will refund the amount spent.

• The customer can return or exchange the purchased products
• The customer must return the items within 14 days of delivery
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
