Where I Ship
I ship from Italy to all countries available in the checkout dropdown menu. If your country isn’t listed, email me at sillymail@annuck.com and we’ll try to find a solution 🪿
Shipping Costs & Methods
The available shipping methods and their costs depend on the destination address. You’ll see all available options at checkout, together with the exact price, before completing your order.
Delivery Times
🪿 Preparation: I prepare and ship your order within 15 business days (20–30 business days for personalized products). I work completely by hand and on my own, so I’d rather give you an honest timeframe than one I might not be able to meet 🩷
📦 Delivery: The estimated transit time is shown at checkout alongside the shipping method you choose. This is the carrier’s estimate, not a guarantee: holidays, customs checks, and circumstances beyond my control may cause delays.
⏱️ Maximum delivery period: In any case, I aim to deliver your order within 30 days from order confirmation for Italy and the European Union, and within 60 days for all other destinations. If this deadline is not met, you may ask me to deliver within an additional reasonable period. If I’m still unable to do so, you may terminate the contract and receive a full refund.
Tracking
If you choose a tracked shipping method, you’ll receive the tracking number by email when your package is shipped. Untracked shipping costs less, but it does not allow you to follow your package’s journey 📦
Customs, Duties & VAT
🇪🇺 European Union: No additional costs apply. The price you pay at checkout is the final price.
🇺🇸 United States: Import duties are already paid by me when your order is shipped. You shouldn’t receive any payment requests upon delivery; if this happens, please don’t pay anything and contact me right away.
🌏 Other destinations outside the European Union: Your country may charge import duties, import VAT, or customs clearance fees from the carrier. These costs are your responsibility and will be charged directly to you upon delivery. I cannot know the exact amount in advance, as it depends on your country’s regulations. If you’re unsure, I recommend checking the applicable import rules before placing your order 🦆
If Your Package Doesn’t Arrive or Arrives Damaged
Until the package is safely in your hands, the risk is mine. I consider a package lost if it hasn’t arrived within 30 days from the shipping date for Italy and the European Union, or within 60 days for all other destinations. Once this period has passed, email me at sillymail@annuck.com and choose between a replacement shipment or a full refund.
If your package arrives damaged, please send me a photo of both the contents and the packaging. We’ll sort it out with either a replacement shipment or a refund 🩷
Incorrect Address, Uncollected or Refused Packages
Please double-check your address before confirming your order: I ship exactly to the address entered at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact me as soon as possible and I’ll correct it if your order hasn’t been shipped yet.
If a package is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, because it wasn’t collected while being held at the post office/carrier, or because it was refused, I’ll refund the price of the products minus the shipping costs already incurred. Alternatively, I can reship the order, with a new shipping fee charged to you.
Returns & Refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal. You can find all the details in my refund and return policy.
