Here’s what happens when you order an Annuck duck:

1. I (Anna) have a little happy cry 🫂
   
   
2. Once I’ve pulled myself together, I pack up your order and ship it within 15 business days 💖 (usually sooner, but it depends on how many orders I have to prep 🥹. Unless it’s a preorder, in which case times are specified on the product page)
   
   
3. Your ducky will be on its way to you safely, and the estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose (you can check it during checkout) 🦆💌

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your country may apply customs duties or import taxes once your order arrives. These charges aren’t included in your order total and are set by your local customs authority.

In most cases, the courier will contact you before delivery to let you know if anything needs to be paid.

Every duck is handcrafted with polymer clay (Fimo—did I just unlock a memory? I bet you played with it as a kid 👀) and then coated with UV resin to make it strong and durable 💪🪿

Here’s a little rundown of the materials I use:

• Fimo: A polymer clay I use to shape each duck by hand. You can check the manufacturer’s instructions and warnings at this link.
• Sanaaa UV Resin: I use this for the glossy finish on every duck. This UV resin is made with high-quality, non-toxic material. It’s non-sticky, super clear, odorless, and won’t yellow over time.

Not suitable for children under 5 years. Contains small parts that may cause choking.
