Will I have to pay anything when my US order arrives?
Nope, import duties are already included in your US prices, so thereβs nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives πͺΏ

What are import duties?
Import duties are a tax charged by the US on goods arriving from abroad. Since August 2025, the US no longer has a duty-free allowance for small parcels, meaning every international order may be subject to import duties, no matter how small it is.
I take care of this for you before your parcel leaves Italy, and the cost is already included in the price you see on my shop. This means no surprise bills, courier collection fees, or parcels held up because of unpaid duties.
Itβs not a markup, it simply covers the import duty I pay on your behalf π©· -
How are import duties and customs fees calculated?
There are two separate costs involved in the import process:
Import duties are the taxes charged by US customs on your order. I pay these upfront on your behalf, and theyβre already included in the price of the products you see on my shop π©·
Customs handling fees are separate charges from the shipping carrier for processing the import duties. These depend on the carrier you choose.
For example, standard postal shipping charges only around $2 for customs handling, while FedEx charges around $20 on top of the shipping cost.
So, in short: the import duties are already covered in your product price, while the carrierβs customs handling fee is included in the shipping cost shown at checkout πͺΏπ

How long it takes?
Standard shipping usually takes around 4β8 weeks once your parcel leaves my studio.
If itβs taking longer than that, just send me a message and Iβll look into it for you! π
πͺΏπ¨ Need it faster?
FedEx Express (5β10 days) is also available if you need your silly ducks to travel a little faster! It costs more than standard shipping, but itβs the best option if youβre in a hurry. -
Why is FedEx more expensive now?
The US import duty changes also affected the cost of FedEx shipping
Since import duties are now paid upfront, FedEx also charges a customs handling fee for processing them. This means that the FedEx shipping price you see at checkout is higher than it used to be.
I know this is quite a jump compared to the old FedEx price π₯² but the good news is that the duties and customs handling costs are already taken care of before your parcel leaves Italy, so you wonβt get a surprise bill when it arrives
Standard shipping is still the more affordable option if you donβt mind waiting a little longer πͺΏπ -
Why don't you cover duties for every country?
For US orders, duties are already taken care of by me because the most affordable shipping option I offer (standard postal shipping) requires me to pay them upfront before your package is sent.
This only applies to shipments going to the US. For other extra EU destinations, duties are normally handled by the recipient upon import.
Iβd love to offer the same setup worldwide, but since I run Annuck on my own, managing duties upfront for every country would be incredibly complicated. Each destination has its own customs system, rates, thresholds, and requirements, so there isnβt one simple process I can apply to every order.
